- Evans Pitstop Mobile Auto Service, formerly Evans Towing, was founded by Rick Evans in 2020. Rick has over 10 years of experience in the towing and auto repair industry, having worked for multiple towing companies in New Castle County and as a technician at FRA. Since moving to Dover in 2020, Rick has been dedicated to providing top-notch service to the Dover area.
- At Evans Pitstop, we prioritize customer service, thorough and detailed work, and discounted prices. We believe in being honest and transparent with our customers and providing excellent service at a fair price.
- While Rick is currently a one-man operation, he does have some help when needed. His older brother lends a hand in the evenings and on Saturdays, and his son also provides help when necessary. This allows Evans Pitstop to offer flexible scheduling and extended hours to better serve our customers.

Chuck, Rick's older brother, brings years of experience and a calm demeanor to the Evans Pitstop team. He's always ready to lend a hand in the evenings and on Saturdays, ensuring our customers receive timely and efficient service. Chuck’s experience comes from years of tinkering on cars and mainly the love of working on cars for both brothers stems from the old days of working with Dad (which was not a fun experience at the time) but the lessons learned were priceless. Now Chuck lends his experience on things to Rick as well as learns new tricks and tips, (who said you can’t teach an old dog new tricks?)
